Description
Ninja II’s slow vertical growth rate, combined with the variety’s ability to withstand low mowing and heavy traffic makes it well adapted to golf courses, home lawns, sod fields, sports fields, parks and other applications where a dense, slow growing lawn is desired.
Ninja II’s excellent resistance to Red Thread and Fusarium Wilt provides better turf with fewer chemicals. Ninja also has excellent resistance to Brown Patch, Pythium Blight and Leaf Spot.
Ninja II has a very good spring green-up, holding its color into late fall. Ninja II is also generally heat, winter, and drought tolerant.
Ninja II performs well seeded straight, with other tall fescues, and in mixtures with bluegrass and/or ryegrass. Consult your local dealer for region-specific recommendations, seeding rates and planting instructions.
